Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder email will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you use a shared hosting plan with our company. This can be done in the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you can see all your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You may either pick an e-mail and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and pick the option in the context menu that will appear. All you have to do will be to enter the text that you'd like to be sent as the automatic reply and save the modifications. You are able to enter any text you want and modifying or removing the auto-responder function can be just as effortless. From the same part of the Control Panel you can keep track of which accounts have the feature active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domain names with us, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for the e-mail addresses that you create in the account. This can be done in the Emails section of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a list of your mailboxes. A small icon will show you which has an active auto-responder and which one doesn't. To add, change or remove a message, click the matching image for the specific email, enter the text you want to use, save the change and you will be all set. If you choose several email addresses, you are able to activate or disable the option for them in bulk, with just very little efforts.
